YaanX, operated by Yaanx Mobility Private Limited ("YaanX"), provides SaaS technology solutions for taxi operators, fleet owners, travel companies, and transport businesses. Our services may include customer booking websites, tenant/admin portals, driver applications, onboarding workflows, analytics, integrations, and related platform services.

4. Website Analytics and Cookies

YaanX may use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Search Console, and similar analytics or marketing measurement tools.

YaanX does not intentionally send OTP, phone number, email address, name, message text, or sensitive form details to analytics tools.

Users may accept or reject analytics cookies through the website cookie consent banner where available.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Users can manage cookies through browser settings.
• Rejecting analytics cookies may not stop essential cookies required for security or platform operation.

8. Tenant and Customer Data

• Tenants may collect and process data of their customers, drivers, employees, and vendors through the YaanX platform.
• Tenant is responsible for obtaining necessary consent and providing proper notices to their own customers/drivers/users.
• YaanX processes such data as a technology/service provider to enable platform functionality.
• Tenant is responsible for accuracy, legality, and authorization of data uploaded to the platform.

9. Connected Social Accounts and OAuth Data

YaanX lets tenants connect their own third-party accounts — such as Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Threads accounts, and Google services (only where relevant) — to manage marketing from within the platform. YaanX accesses these accounts only through the official APIs of the relevant provider and only after the tenant grants explicit authorization (OAuth).

A. What we may collect, store, and process from connected accounts:

• Connected account identifiers, and page or account names
• The permission scopes the tenant has granted
• OAuth access tokens, and refresh tokens where applicable, along with their expiry
• Published and scheduled post metadata
• Media the tenant uploads for publishing (images, video)
• API response status and error logs used to troubleshoot the connection

B. How we secure and use this data:

• Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Tokens are never exposed in browser JavaScript, frontend logs, analytics, or public URLs — they are used server-side only.
• We collect the minimum data needed to provide the connected-account features the tenant has requested.
• YaanX does not sell social data, and does not use it for advertising unrelated to the tenant’s own connected features.
• Nothing is posted or published unless the tenant initiates or authorizes it.

C. Retention of connected-account data:

When a tenant disconnects an account, YaanX stops using the token and deletes or invalidates the stored access and refresh tokens, unless retention is required for legal, security, audit, billing, abuse-prevention, or dispute purposes. Some API response and error logs may be retained for limited periods for troubleshooting and security.

D. Your control:

• Disconnect a connected account at any time in the Tenant Portal → Marketing → Channels / Integrations → Disconnect.
• Revoke YaanX’s access from your Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads settings.
• Request deletion of connected-account data via the Data Deletion page.

E. Google user data — Limited Use:

Where Google services are connected, YaanX’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

F. Meta (Facebook, Instagram & Threads):

YaanX’s access to and use of Facebook, Instagram, and Threads data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained from these platforms is used solely to operate the features the tenant has connected and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Data Security

YaanX uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, such as access controls, secure infrastructure, authentication, logging, and monitoring. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

YaanX retains information as long as necessary for:

• Providing services
• Managing accounts
• Legal, tax, audit, and compliance purposes
• Resolving disputes
• Security and fraud prevention
• Business records

When data is no longer required, YaanX may delete, anonymize, archive, or securely retain it according to applicable policies and legal obligations.

12. Data Deletion and Revoking Access

You can request deletion of your personal data, or revoke access granted to a connected third-party account, at any time:

• Disconnect a connected account (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or Google) directly in the platform via Tenant Portal → Marketing → Channels / Integrations → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately stops YaanX from using the token and deletes or invalidates the access tokens and connection data stored by YaanX for that account.
• Email a deletion request to info@yaanx.in stating the account or email address concerned. We will verify the request and delete the associated personal data, subject to legal, tax, and audit retention obligations.

When you delete your YaanX account, or when data received from a connected provider is no longer needed to provide the service, we delete or anonymize that data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. User Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, users may request:

• Access to their personal information
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of information
• Withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent
• Restriction or objection where applicable
