Usage-based wallet
Extra trips, storage, communication and add-ons are pay-as-you-go from a simple prepaid wallet — you only ever pay for what you actually use.
- Extra bookings (overage)
- If you exceed the bookings included in your subscription, overage is charged per booking — from ₹2 to ₹5 depending on the items in your plan. Higher commitments get a lower per-booking rate; the top end includes unlimited bookings with no overage.
- SMS
- From ₹0.30–₹0.50 per 160 characters, billed on actual usage.
- From ₹1.00–₹1.50 per conversation, billed on actual usage.
- From ₹0.05–₹0.10 per message, billed on actual usage.

- Is GST included in the price?
- No. Prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is charged additionally on your subscription, as applicable.
- Are the booking website and hosting really free?
- Yes. Your branded customer booking website — including hosting, branding and a custom domain — is included free with your subscription. There is no separate hosting bill.
- How does the prepaid wallet work?
- Usage-based charges — extra trips beyond your included bookings, storage, communication (SMS, WhatsApp, email) and add-ons — are drawn from a simple prepaid wallet. You only ever pay for what you actually use.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly bookings?
